About the Role
We are seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to join our innovative team. This role involves designing, testing, validating, and verifying electromechanical components and systems, ensuring traceability from user requirements through to final deliverables. You will work across mechanical and electrical domains, supporting integration and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development:
* Develop mechanical and electrical components for integrated systems.
* Create test plans and design verification strategies for prototypes and production units.
Testing & Validation:
* Conduct functional and performance testing of mechatronic systems.
* Validate designs against user requirements and compliance standards.
Traceability & Documentation:
* Maintain clear traceability between user requirements, design specifications, and test results.
* Prepare technical documentation, including design reports and validation protocols.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate mechanical and electrical subsystems.
* Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis during development and testing phases.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* Strong foundation in mechanical or electrical design principles.
* Experience with design verification and validation processes.
* Familiarity with requirements management and traceability tools.
* Hands‑on experience with testing and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems.
