About the role
Ready to launch your career in banking — no prior experience needed? As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers through online chat, answering questions about credit cards, mortgages, and general banking .
No cold calling. No selling. Just meaningful conversations that help people every day.
About you
We’re keen to meet candidates who:
* Have customer service experience (a plus, but not essential)
* Are confident using computers and typing quickly
* Have an interest in banking or finance
* Are Work & Holiday visa holders, students, career changers, or simply great communicators !
* Can commit to 2 weeks of full-time, in-person training
What you will do
Chatting with customers online to:
* Answer account and transaction questions
* Assist with credit card and mortgage enquiries
* Troubleshoot banking issues
No sales involved – just helpful, supportive service.
Training period (on-site)
· 2 Weeks: Classroom training, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm
Roster rosters
· Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm
· Part-time roles available (part-timers must be available full-time during the first 2 weeks of training)
