The impact you'll make
As a trusted advisor within the People team, you will:
* Partner with corporate leaders to support workforce planning, organisational change and performance through a period of transformation
* Provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle, aligned to contemporary best practice and legislation
* Coach and support leaders through change initiatives, restructures and complex people matters
* Enable strong leadership capability through guidance on performance, engagement and culture
* Contribute to enterprise‐wide P&C initiatives that support strategic and transformation outcomes
* Translate HR and employment frameworks into practical, value‐adding solutions
* Identify emerging workforce trends, risks and opportunities to inform decision‐making
* Collaborate across People & Culture to continuously improve people practices, systems and employee experience
What you'll bring
You're a commercially minded HR Partner who thrives in corporate environments, enjoys change, and builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders. You'll also bring:
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline
* Demonstrated experience as an HR Partner or Senior HR Advisor, ideally supporting corporate or enterprise portfolios
* Strong working knowledge of HR and employment relations, with the ability to balance risk, compliance and business outcomes
* Proven experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
* Confidence coaching and influencing leaders at all levels
* Strong stakeholder management, judgement and decision‐making capability
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to broader P&C priorities
* Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, solutions‐focused mindset
* Experience in large, complex or regulated organisations
* Exposure to workforce planning or organisational design
* Alignment with and appreciation of BaptistCare's purpose, vision and values
