City employees enjoy a work environment that encourages professional development and promotes a healthy work-life balance.About this positionSupport the delivery of Leisure World services while maintaining high standards in public relations and customer care.Your role includes:Supervising the pool to ensure a safe aquatic environmentIdentifying and reducing risksActing as a positive role modelProviding lifesaving assistance and first aidMake a difference in a vibrant, community-focused setting.What we are looking forDemonstrated experience working as a lifeguard in a centre-based facilityStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of peopleAvailability to work weekend, early morning, and evening shifts, as requiredWorking with Children Check cardPool Lifeguard certificateCurrent police clearance (less than three months old).
