You can be based anywhere, but please be aware that for the first few months you will need to be on‐site (just outside of Launceston, Tasmania) once a week, and then once you are fully across your responsibilities and integrated with the team, you will be required to be on‐site once a month.

This system runs day‐to‐day operations. It tracks harvest work. It feeds payroll. It's used in the field, warehouse, and office. If it breaks, people don't get paid.
So, your job is simple (but important!). Keep it running. Keep it stable. Keep the data right.

What you'll be doing
* Own a Power Platform system (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate)
* Keep core processes running, especially payroll‐related data.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and fix issues without breaking what works
* Support users and keep processes consistent
* Make small, smart improvements over time
* Work in a low‐code Power Platform environment, building, maintaining, and improving apps, automations, and dashboards without heavy traditional coding
