* Salary: $74,831 - $102,103 per annum (RN1) / $87,416 - $110,497 per annum (RN2C), plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits
* RN1/RN2C – Temporary Full-time – up to 12 June 2026

Join our compassionate team as a Registered Nurse in our Palliative Care Inpatient unit at Modbury Hospital, and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives during their most vulnerable moments.

We have multiple full-time temporary positions available until 12 June 2026.

Palliative care nursing offers the advantage of providing a meaningful impact in patients' lives by providing comfort, dignity and support, at a time where they are most vulnerable. What You'll Do

* Deliver evidence-based palliative care nursing to inpatients
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualised care plans
* Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
* Manage complex symptom control and pain management
* Mentor junior staff and students

Our Clinical Nurse (RN2C) positions offer the perfect blend of advanced clinical practice and leadership development. For Registered Nurses (RN1), develop from novice to proficient practitioner in a supportive environment focused on your professional growth.

To be eligible for this position, you must have current registration, or be eligible for registration, as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold (or be eligible to hold) a current practicing certificate.

Lyell McEwin Hospital – The major hospital in the north and north-east for emergency care, complex and multi-day surgery, medicine, obstetrics, paediatrics and outpatient services.

Modbury Hospital – A general hospital with emergency care, elective surgery, medicine, outpatient and sub-acute services, rehabilitation, geriatric and palliative care.

Mental Health - The Division of Mental Health provides a comprehensive range of public mental health services for youth, adults and older people in northern Adelaide. Services are provided through community health centres and hospitals, and to consumers in their own homes.

Forensic Mental Health - A statewide service that operates as part of the Division of Mental Health for forensic patients and prisoners.

Community Sites - Elizabeth GP Plus, Modbury GP Plus and Gilles Plains GP Plus Super Clinics providing community based care.
