What You Will Do
* Coordinate communication and content to enhance the user experience across player lifecycle stages.
* Recommend and develop optimal plans for campaign delivery, format, and platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate.
* Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategy.
* Collaborate with content and marketing teams to identify offers to promote and timing.
* Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our player base.
* Monitor and analyse results of email/SMS campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.
