This firm is growing rapidly and is seeking a Manager to assist the director with an ever growing client base in all industry types. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working in a small office environment with large clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with a focus on regional businesses
* Oversee tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses
* Provide Virtual CFO services to clients to improve business operations
* Can manage 2 junior staff while being supported by the partner
* Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* 7+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm
* CA or CPA qualifications
* Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services (or wanting to learn)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
