About the Role
The Hinterland Collection is seeking a warm, driven and creative Sales & Experiences Coordinator to help grow bookings, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and bring new ideas to life across our collection of luxury hinterland venues.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing role focused on:
* Driving accommodation, wedding and experience bookings
* Hosting wedding tours and site visits
* Creating and delivering memorable onsite experiences
* Capturing content, imagery and storytelling to support marketing
* Supporting the continued growth of The Hinterland Collection brand
You will work closely with our Enquiries & Guest Services team, with enquiries handled centrally so you can focus on sales conversion, experiences, and growth.
This role is ideal for someone who loves people, places, creativity and results — and wants to be part of something special.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversion
* Host wedding tours, accommodation inspections and experience visits
* Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings
* Build relationships with planners, photographers, stylists and partners
* Identify and develop new revenue opportunities
Experiences & Guest Delivery
* Coordinate and host curated guest experiences (picnics, workshops, events)
* Ensure seamless on-the-day delivery and presentation
* Work with FOH and operations teams to execute food & beverage elements
Content & Storytelling
* Capture photo, video, drone and social content during tours and experiences
* Support social media and marketing campaigns using real onsite moments
* Assist in showcasing venues across digital platforms
About You

* Feels comfortable hosting, presenting and building relationships
* Enjoys being both creative and results-driven
* Thrives in a weekend-active hospitality environment
Preferred Experience
* Hospitality, tourism, weddings or accommodation sales
* Hosting tours, events or guest experiences
* Photography, video, drone or social media content capture
* Familiarity with booking systems, OTAs or experience platforms
