Hands-on cabinet maker focused on assembly, basic install support, and operating the CNC and edge bander to keep production moving on time and to spec.
What you'll do
* Assemble carcasses, drawers and doors to drawing/cutlist (Mozaik output).
* Operate CNC (load sheets, zero, run programs, basic troubleshooting).
* Run edge bander (setup, glue/temperature, tape changes, quality checks).
* Assist on installs (fit-off, scribe, level, adjust) under a lead installer.
* Maintain shop standards: QA checks, tool care, clean bench & machine area.
What you bring
* 2–5+ years in cabinet making (factory assembly a must).
* Confident with CNC basics and edge bander operation.
* Read technical drawings; measure twice, cut once mindset.
* Familiar with Blum hardware and common board brands (Polytec/Laminex).
* Reliable, safe, on time; can lift, think ahead, and own your station.
* forklift ticket
Full-time, Western Sydney. Competitive hourly rate + OT when required, uniforms/PPE, steady pipeline, growth path to Lead Assembly/CNC.
