You will support the success of ACOR nationally across our Building Services discipline as a Senior Hydraulic Service Design Consultant.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Produce technically competent hydraulic services designs and documentation compliant with Australian standards and codes.
2. Provide clear instructions to drafting and 3D modelling teams.
3. Ensure accurate drawings and registration systems are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards.
4. Coordinate project deliverables considering fee scope financial and resource management.
5. Check documents and drawings between disciplines.
6. Participate in further development of hydraulic services design capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Tertiary qualifications in Plumbing or BSc.
2. Registration with the RMS for NSW Class 2 Building Practitioners Design declarations (preferred).
3. Demonstrated experience working in building services industry as a Senior Hydraulic Designer.
4. Sound knowledge of Revit software AutoCAD and BlueBeam.
5. In-depth knowledge of AS3500 suite of standards.
6. Cross-discipline knowledge with broad understanding of Australian Standards.
