Description
We currently have two opportunities for a Handover Takeover (HOTO) Administrator to join our teams based in Wagga Wagga and Albury Wodonga. These positions will support the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV), which is a 50/50 joint venture between Downer and CPB Contractors to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities.
The HOTO Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the HOTO Manager, Commissioning Team and Subcontractors in collating and delivering the documentation for each HOTO. Documentation is to be received in accordance with the agreed timeframes and reviewed to ensure compliance with defence requirements to successfully achieve the HOTO.
As this position is based onsite, only Australian Citizens will be considered for this role, as the successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a Defence Security Clearance.
What you'll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
* Work closely with HOTO Manager to facilitate the requirements of the HOTO Plan/Checklist.
* Liaise with subcontractors to ensure HOTO Deliverables are delivered in accordance with the HOTO Schedule.
* Review HOTO documentation for quality and compliance with Defence Requirements.
* Assist in the development/update of required Operation and Maintenance Manuals
* Position is Defence Estate Data Subject Matter Expert (SME).
o Primary Resource/Contact for the project for Estate Data deliverables (GDLS).
o Liaise with Subcontractors on queries and data corrections
* Supply data training (ERIM) and mentoring for RRJV personnel and subcontractors.
What you'll bring
* Qualifications or significant experience in a combination of at least two of the following: Business Analytics; Technical Engineering; Maintenance or Financial Data; SAP Data Creation; Geospatial Information, Defence Estate Information Creation; or Data Modelling
* Knowledge of Engineering, Asset Management and Maintenance requirements from Estate Data
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Advanced dataset manipulation abilities using Asset Databases and Microsoft Excel (and WebFM would be advantageous)
* Excellent written and verbal skills, including interpersonal, communication ability
