CEA is seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead sales and distribution of our compact equipment range. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where you\'ll build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver results while promoting the CEA brand and values.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales performance and exceed revenue targets within your assigned territory
* Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives
* Identify and onboard new customers, while nurturing relationships with existing clients
* Manage the entire sales cycle - from initial contact to machine delivery
* Collaborate with Brand Managers to support campaigns and promotions
* Promote used equipment alongside new sales
* Conduct product demonstrations and attend industry trade shows and exhibitions
* Provide accurate sales reporting and input on market trends
* Support tender submissions and customer database updates
* Deliver exceptional after-sales service in partnership with support teams
* Use CRM tools to document all activity, feedback, and customer communication
What You'll Need To Succeed
* Proven success in territory management and achieving sales targets
* Strong understanding of the construction equipment market and competitor pricing
* Confidence in cold calling and new client acquisition
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach
* Ability to implement strategic sales initiatives and report on business performance
* Familiarity with CRM systems and electronic sales platforms
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a quality customer experience
