Overview
The successful candidate will possess significant experience and knowledge in developing quality ILS Defence project deliverables and in performing logistics support planning and analysis throughout the Capability Life Cycle.
Responsibilities
- Developing quality ILS Defence project deliverables including: Support Concepts, ILS Plans and other key ILS documentation required throughout the Capability Life Cycle
- Conducting Logistics Support planning and analysis
- Designing effective support systems
- CASG Business Management System (BMS) and all associated ILS and materiel logistics processes and procedures
- Demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work with limited supervision to achieve directed project/capability outcomes, with excellent written and oral communication skills
Essential Qualifications
- A qualified practitioner with higher degree or significant and relevant industry experience
- Previous successful ILS and logistics experience on Defence acquisition projects
Highly desirable
- Understanding and knowledge of ICT systems
- Life Cycle Costing Analysis and planning
- Development and delivery of user training in accordance with the requirement of SADL
- Reliability, Availability and Maintainability engineering methodologies including FMECA and LORA in support system design
- ADF Supply Support practices including MILIS and ASDEFCON ILS documentation generation
