Job Description
In this role, you'll be our go-to expert for all things People and Culture systems, including SmartRecruiters, WorkPro, Xref, our Learning Management System, and Managing for Excellence.
You'll be working with a wide range of people across the business to keep our systems running smoothly, ensuring they're set up to meet our needs and providing the data and tools that help our teams succeed.
Key Qualifications
* Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
* Experience with the back end of HR systems (LMS, e-recruitment, credentialing, performance management)
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a passion for using technology to make a difference
* Maintain configuration documentation, functional specifications, and support materials
* Understanding of project management concepts
* Knowledge of training methodologies and effective training techniques
* Great Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
* Clear communication skills, with the ability to create easy-to-follow instructions and tip sheets
* Collaborative, team-focused approach
