About the Role
As a Lending Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving success within our First Party Lending Channel. This position is all about managing complex credit applications, building strong member relationships, and delivering an exceptional lending experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the entire lending process—from application to settlement—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for members.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of loan applications, verifying financial details and providing sound credit recommendations.
* Act as a trusted financial partner, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the lending journey.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit risk policies, regulatory requirements, and responsible lending practices.
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell and promote TMBL's products and services, supporting members' financial wellbeing.
* Ensure all activities align with COBCOP practice standards and company policies.
About You
* Extensive experience managing end-to-end lending processes.
* Comfortable working in a phone-based environment with a strong customer focus.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
* Solid understanding of credit risk, compliance, and responsible lending principles.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
* FSR Tier 2 – RG146 accreditation (essential).
