About the Opportunity
Our client is one of Australia's longest-standing continuously operating businesses. While proud of its heritage, the organisation remains firmly future-focused, committed to sustainable practices and to the people who help make that mission possible. They offer strong support, extensive training, and genuine opportunities for people to shape and progress their careers.
We're looking for a Human Resources Advisor who will partner closely with leaders and team members across an operational environment to deliver practical, people-focused solutions that drive performance, engagement, and culture.
You will work as part of a supportive and collaborative People & Culture function that is committed to enabling their people and strengthening performance across all of their operations. This role offers the opportunity to build deep relationships, work closely with leaders, and directly contribute to initiatives that shape culture and capability across the organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, proactive, and out in the field, supporting leaders where the work happens.

You will bring:
* 3+ years' generalist HR experience, ideally supporting both corporate and operational environments;
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or aligned discipline;
* Experience working with enterprise agreements and supporting leaders through ER matters;
* Strong relationship building skills with confidence working across remote and diverse teams; and
* The ability to balance cyclical HR deliverables with adhoc projects in a dynamic environment.
