Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for loan-related banking applications.
* Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to enhance loan origination, disbursement, and lifecycle management.
* Ensure compliance with banking regulations and risk management in the loan domain.
* Collaborate with technical teams to define system requirements and process workflows.
* Conduct market research and identify industry trends in digital lending and loan solutions.
Requirements
* 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector.
* Strong knowledge of loan processes, loan origination, and disbursement workflows.
* Experience with core banking systems and digital lending platforms.
* Familiarity with banking regulations, risk management, and compliance.
* Must be based in Istanbul (position is remote but only open to candidates residing in Istanbul).
* Fluent in English.
