The Opportunities

Key Responsibilities
As a member of the digitisation team, your duties may include:
High-Volume Data Entry: Accurately inputting information into secure databases.
Document Preparation: Removing staples, binding, and sorting files for scanning.
Imaging & Scanning: Operating industrial-grade scanners to convert physical records into high-quality digital assets.
Quality Assurance: Auditing digital files against physical copies to ensure 100% accuracy.
Records Management: Cataloguing and indexing files for secure storage or disposal.
Skills & Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess:
Speed & Accuracy: High alphanumeric data entry strokes per hour (tested upon registration).
Technical Literacy: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for periods and lift archive boxes where required.
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for spotting errors or missing information.
Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and consistency.
Eligibility & Security
Due to the sensitive nature of the data involved, Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
While not always mandatory for every role, candidates holding an active Baseline (or higher) AGSVA clearance will be highly desired for some vacancies.
