Job Title: Support Worker – Central Coast NSW

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our team on the Central Coast, NSW. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives through personalised, goal-focused support aligned with their care plans.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants
* Assist with daily living tasks, social, and community access
* Follow and implement individual care and behaviour support plans
* Foster positive, engaging, and meaningful experiences
* Work independently and collaboratively with team members and families
Key Requirements
* Certificate III in Disability or relevant industry experience (including mental health or neurodiverse support)
* Some availability outside school hours
* NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Australian Driver's Licence and insured, reliable vehicle
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, fun, and committed to providing high-quality support
* Ability to build positive relationships and work both independently and as part of a team
Highly Regarded / Advantageous
* First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Availability to work Mondays and Thursdays
* Experience supporting participants with behaviour support plans
