Role Lead multiple projects from pre-construction through to delivery for a Victorian Project Management consultancy known for delivering Government/Institutional projects spanning up to $25M. Benefits Inclusive team culture and joyful environment Flat organisational culture - direct contact with leadership team Complete autonomy within your role Responsibilities Develop project plans, timelines and setting milestones Manage the project team and delegating roles to ensure project is adhering to initial scope within time and budget expectations Liasing and communicating with client and relevant stakeholders to ensure their needs are being heard and met Managing project financials and budgets Providing guidance and mentorship for junior staff Resolving any disputes that may arise Requirements Relevant tiertiary degree in Project/Construction Management 3-5 years of experience delivering Government led projects in either a Consultancy or Headcontractor environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills In depth amount of experience with stakeholder management Strong understanding of project financials and risk mitigation Proficient with Procore software favorable Unlimited Australian working rights Company Founded over 15 years ago, this Project Management Consultancy is responsible for employing roughly 20 staff and is well known for delivering Goverment led projects up to $25M across the Education, Health, Childcare, Social Housing and Commercial sectors.
