Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading the delivery of civil designs across the full project lifecycle, including water utilities and pump station projects
Preparing and reviewing technical documentation to support construction and compliance
Managing or supporting the design of water and wastewater infrastructure
Strengthening client relationships through collaborative and high-quality project delivery
Supporting proposal development and contributing to successful project bids
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams on major infrastructure programs
About You
You're a degree-qualified Civil Engineer (or equivalent), ideally Chartered (CPEng) and RPEQ certified, with over 6 years of experience in the water infrastructure consulting space.
Your Strengths Include:
Proven experience in the design and management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Proficiency with Australian Standards, WSAA codes, and design tools such as Civil 3D and 2D/3D CAD
Ability to lead or support multiple projects, balancing technical, commercial, and risk considerations
Skilled in preparing and reviewing high-quality technical reports and communicating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
Familiarity with modelling software, analytics, and equipment selection
Knowledge of safety in design principles, including CHAIR and HAZOP methodologies
A proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies
