As our Leasing Administrator, you'll keep our property portfolio running smoothly, managing vital lease information, supporting renewals, and ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date. Key Responsibilities
Information management
* Maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy property files
* Ensure all property documents are scanned, stored and controlled correctly
* Update lease information and ensure Medicare licensing compliance
Preparation of documents, letters and reports
* Prepare lease notifications and renewal correspondence
* Assist with meeting minutes and provide progress updates on property negotiations
* Produce reports and documentation as required by management
Process
* Action lease options and renewals within agreed timelines
Customer service
* Provide professional communication in line with SNP Code of Conduct
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external lessors
* Liaise with Facilities Management and Landlords regarding property and contract matters
* Participate in relevant training to maintain up-to-date knowledge
