Systems Engineer - State Government Entity - 3 - Month Initial Contract

Hays have partnered with a State Government Entity to appoint a Systems Engineer to an initial 3-month contract working predominantly on Windows environments.
Your new role
Your new role will consist of the following:
* Administer Commvault enterprise backup systems, ensuring reliable data protection and recovery processes.
* Manage Microsoft SCCM for desktop and laptop builds, application deployment, and patching of operating systems and software.
* Oversee email system administration, including configuration, migration, integration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
* Maintain and secure Active Directory services, including Group Policy Object (GPO) management and access delegation.
* Administer VMware virtualisation infrastructure, managing hosted servers for optimal performance and availability.
