Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operational support for the Service Department, including clerical and administrative tasks.
* Maintain the Regional Service system, including maintenance of WIP, contacting customers, raising jobs, ordering parts, and scheduling work.
* Prepare and proof costing of all Ad Hoc jobs prior to invoicing or sending for closure if warranty or goodwill.
* Support and maintain high-quality customer relationships.
* Provide internal & external customer support relating to enquiries and requests.
Requirements:
