Hotel Sales Manager Role at Intercontinental Hotels Group
We are seeking a Full-Time Senior Sales Manager to join our team at voco Grand Central Hotel and Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel.
About the Job
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced sales professional who can develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, expand the hotel's network, and contribute to maximizing revenue in line with assigned targets.
You will work closely with the Director of Sales to build lasting client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and grow the hotel's network.
* Represent the hotel at external events and meetings as required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Director of Sales to set and achieve sales targets.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a hotel sales team.
* Strong strategic planning skills and ability to look ahead.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
