Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Program Manager who wants to make a difference in the lives of children. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management and administration of the service, ensuring that it operates within regulatory requirements and provides high-quality care for children.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the implementation of developmentally appropriate programs for children, promoting their learning and helping them develop key skills for the future.
* Recruit staff by relevant regulations and maintain day-to-day accounts, handling all administrative matters efficiently.
* Ensure that the centre or service meets or exceeds quality assurance requirements, liaising with families and outside agencies as necessary.
* Formulate and evaluate annual budgets, providing professional leadership and development to staff.
* Liaise with management committees as appropriate, developing and maintaining policies and procedures for the centre or service.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills and Qualifications
* Holds a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
* Current Blue Card and First Aid, CPR & Asthma qualifications.
* Good understanding of current Regulations and Accreditation guidelines.
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
* A passion for working with children and commitment to ongoing professional development.
