Join Cushman & Wakefield's Project & Development Services team as a Project Coordinator, supporting the successful delivery of diverse projects across multiple sectors, including government and commercial. You'll assist Project Managers in coordinating and delivering a wide range of fit‐out, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects nationally. Key Responsibilities
* Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various sectors.
* Coordinate project documentation, scheduling, procurement, and reporting using platforms such as Procore and MS Project.
* Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, risk registers, and weekly progress reports.
* Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and on‐time delivery.
* Assist in the preparation of project budgets, documentation, and scope management.
* Ensure compliance with company standards, project control systems, and safety requirements.
About You
* Australian Citizen (required due to government project eligibility).
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, or Engineering.
* 1‐2 years' experience in a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator role within the property or construction sector.
* Understanding of project management terminology, processes, and reporting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence engaging in a corporate environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Procore (or similar tools).
* Flexibility to travel interstate and stay overnight when required.
* A valid driver's license is highly regarded.
