We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Project Delivery team as Coordinator Project Management in a Permanent Full-Time capacity.
Location: Colac, Victoria.

This position is based in Colac.
This is a leadership position that will ensure that you and/or Council:
* Delivers its Capital Works Program and nominated operational projects in line with the Project Management Framework (PMF).
* Has a capable, well‐supported project delivery team.
* Contributes to continuous improvement and implementation of the PMF.
* Leads improvements to PMF tools, processes and templates.
* Ensures compliance with PMF governance, stage gates and reporting requirements.
* Directly manages selected projects end‐to‐end to required governance and budget standards.

About You
To support your success in this role you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Project or Construction Management or equivalent.
* Significant experience delivering built‐environment projects end‐to‐end.
* Experience in governance, reporting and project controls.
* Contract administration and supervision experience.
* Highly developed stakeholder communication skills.
* Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
* Excellent computer skills including MS Project and MS Office.
* Current Victorian Driver Licence.
* Local government experience; experience managing politically sensitive projects; experience in community engagement would be advantageous.
Salary information: $111,104.76 - $124,013.76 per annum plus superannuation.
