Our Training Services team is recruiting a full-time fixed term Student Support Coach contracted until 21 June 2027.

About the role
Reporting to the RTO Manager, theStudent Support Coach plays a key role in ensuring high quality customer service to all students of the Registered Training Organisation and other stakeholders. With support from the Training Services Coordinator, the Student Support Coach works within clearly defined guidelines relevant to the Community Work Skills & Work Skills Traineeships contract and Skills Assure requirements.
The successful candidate will support participants on their journey toward employment or further education. You'll work in a collaborative environment with developed course materials, and a supportive team that values excellence and compassion.

* Relevant life experience and/or demonstrated understanding of the barriers to training and employment experienced by marginalised/ disadvantaged people
* Knowledge of services available within the local area, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge
