Model Risk Assurance Leader
As the leader of model risk assurance, you will leverage your strong quantitative financial modeling expertise to deliver high-quality audit insights and advice to senior stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with industry peers, global counterparts, and internal stakeholders to maintain knowledge of emerging risks and best practices.
* Contribute to strategic assurance initiatives to ensure the model risk function is delivering best-in-market assurance.
* Lead, coach, and mentor the portfolio audit team to foster technical capability development, innovation, and a high-performance culture.
What You Will Bring
* Expert quantitative and/or actuarial knowledge and experience.
* Financial mathematics and/or data science degree and relevant postgraduate qualifications.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey expectations and influence improved outcomes.
* Ability to distil and communicate audit insights.
* Proven track record in managing high-performing teams and managing complex change.
* Significant breadth of leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing experience.
