Job Description
The successful candidate will lead an organisational change program, including restructures and workforce transitions.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to build and implement a structured change management plan.
* Conduct impact assessments and manage critical project milestones.
* Partner with line managers to provide guidance and support throughout consultation phases.
* Engage with unions and IR stakeholders, leveraging in-house industrial relations expertise.
* Translate strategic design decisions into operational outcomes, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
A strong business partnering skillset and deep expertise in organisational change are essential for success. Experience managing sensitive projects involving redundancies or role redesign is also required.
