Senior Project Manager - Consumer Data Right (CDR)

Work arrangement: 5 days onsite
Role Purpose
The Senior Project Manager - Consumer Data Right (CDR) is responsible for leading the end‐to‐end delivery of the organisation's CDR regulatory program. This role oversees planning, execution, governance, and delivery across data, technology, risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure full regulatory compliance and a seamless customer experience. Operating with high autonomy and executive visibility, the Senior PM provides decisive leadership in a complex, multi‐stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the CDR program—from initiation through regulatory readiness and go‐live.
* Own and maintain the CDR Program Plan across all workstreams, including regulatory compliance, technical delivery, consent management, data governance, and vendor delivery.
* Develop and manage delivery plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and reporting.
* Coordinate cross‐functional teams across Data, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors.
* Translate CDR regulatory requirements into actionable delivery milestones.
* Manage dependencies across data governance, security, consent, and API delivery.
* Provide executive‐ready reporting and actively manage delivery and regulatory risks.
* Support accreditation, testing, go‐live, and operational readiness activities.
Qualifications & Experience
* 10+ years' experience delivering large‐scale regulatory or compliance transformation programs.
* Proven ability to engage and influence C‐suite, regulators (ACCC, OAIC), and technical teams.
* Experience delivering regulatory or compliance programs in financial services.
* Consumer Data Right (CDR) delivery experience highly desirable.
* Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery leadership capability.
* PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
