About the Role
As the Manager, Talent Acquisition you will play a critical role in driving UTS's recruitment strategy, leading a high-performing team, and delivering cutting-edge recruitment solutions. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Reward, you will ensure that UTS attracts, retains, and develops top talent by optimizing recruitment practices, leveraging data‐driven insights, and utilizing technologies. This role is pivotal in aligning recruitment strategies with the university's workforce needs and long‐term goals and enhancing the service delivery model of recruitment at UTS. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and external partners to build strong relationships, ensure recruitment processes are aligned with broader people strategies, and enhance UTS's employer brand in a competitive talent market.

Remuneration
Base Salary Range: $136,830 to $143,345 pa (HEW 9). This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary. This position is full time role and will be made on a continuing basis.
