About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will lead a high-performing team and take on complex and high-value matters. Your role will involve hands-on legal expertise, leadership, client strategy, and supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

* Managing diverse estate planning, probate, succession, and contested estate matters.
* Planning and drafting complex wills, including testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, and other estate documents.
* Providing expert advice on asset protection, tax-effective structuring, and succession strategies for individuals, families, and businesses.
* Overseeing estate administration, probate applications, and trust management.
* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and graduates, fostering their professional growth.
* Collaborating with accountants, financial planners, and family lawyers to deliver holistic client outcomes.


Requirements

* Minimum 4-8 years PAE in Wills & Estates or related areas.
* Proven expertise in estate planning, probate, administration, and succession law.
* Strong drafting and advisory skills in complex wills, trusts, and estate structures.
* Experience managing your own matters end-to-end.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor junior lawyers and supervise support staff.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric focus.
* Strong organisational skills and analytical thinking.
* High attention to detail, ethics, and accountability.
