We Are Looking For:
* Qualified professionals with a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home & Community)
* Current medication administration competency, with recent hands-on experience and confidence in administering medications.
* Nursing students who are currently pursuing their studies and eager to gain hands-on experience in aged care
* Reliable and compassionate individuals who take pride in providing exceptional care. Your dedication and commitment will help ensure our residents receive the support they need, when they need it most.
* Team players who are reliable, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference
* Experience as a Carer Experienced Carers (Residential or Community) looking to grow in a supportive and rewarding environment
* Strong communicators who can build meaningful connections with residents, families, and fellow staff
* Candidates who speak Italian, Greek, Croatian, or Spanish are highly encouraged to apply, as many of our residents speak these languages.
