Overview

Sitepulse is a Western Australian engineering services company providing project management, engineering, construction support, and technical personnel to deliver resources, energy, and infrastructure projects across the full asset lifecycle.

We are on a look out for great people across multiple roles to join our team and support our valued tier one clients and asset owners on a range of projects. Positions available across Perth and the Pilbara region.

Roles

* Mechanical Engineers
* Completions Engineers (Mechanical/Production Eng)

Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate SMP construction activities in line with project schedules and specifications
* Liaise with client representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical queries and ensure alignment.
* Monitor progress and preparing detailed weekly and monthly reports for internal and client stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all works.
* Support the development of work packs, ITPs, and construction methodologies.
* Conduct inspections and walkdowns to verify installation quality and readiness for testing or commissioning.
* Coordinate activities across disciplines including engineering, outfitting, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning to support timely completion.
* Lead the coordination of completion activities, ensuring timely resolution of incomplete or outstanding work across all systems and zones.
* Manage the progressive handover and compartment completion process, ensuring compliance with build standards, documentation, and customer expectations.
* Identify, track, and drive the resolution of defects, punch list items, and non-conformances.
* Report on progress-to-complete.

Essential Skills / Experience / Qualifications

* Relevant experience in complex engineering projects, 3-5 years' experience.
* Knowledge and expertise of construction practices, standards, systems and processes.
* Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis or potentially regular rosters and be eligible to access client sites.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal employees.
