The Opportunity
Join our Records Management team focused on listing and cataloguing physical archives to box/file level, capturing accurate metadata. You'll also support document digitisation and scanning (high-speed, wide-format, flatbed).
What You'll Do
Listing & Cataloguing (training provided)
* Produce consistent series/box/file-level listings in company systems.
* Capture/validate metadata (titles, dates, IDs, locations, barcodes) to standards.
Digitisation & Scanning (training provided)
* Prepare documents (remove fasteners, repair tears, sequence per SOP).
* Operate high-speed, wide-format, flatbed scanners.
* Perform image checks/enhancements and OCR; complete QA on images and indexes.
Quality, Compliance & Teamwork
* Meet throughput targets with high accuracy.
* Complete paperwork/system updates on time.
* Follow WHS, manual handling, and confidentiality requirements.
* Collaborate across prep, scan, index, QA, and dispatch to meet SLAs.
About You
* Meticulous attention to detail; strong listing/cataloguing capability.
* Follows standard operating procedures; resolves basic exceptions.
* Clear communicator; team-oriented in process-driven work.
* Physically able for repetitive tasks and manual handling of archive cartons.
* Able to pass NT Police probity and valid work rights.
Nice to have:
* Metadata standards knowledge; document capture/OCR; scanner utilities; micrographics.
