The Role
We're looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our supportive and high‐performing field sales team, servicing hardware, nursery, home and lifestyle retailers across Melbourne. This is a hands‐on, relationship‐driven role that will give you real exposure to sales, merchandising, customer partnerships and business development — all while working independently in your own territory. Whether you're coming from retail, trade, customer service, or just looking for your first professional sales role, we'll provide the tools, training and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Represent our trusted brands in-store as a professional ambassador
* Execute merchandising standards and bring promotional campaigns to life
* Support customers during peak trading periods
* Build strong relationships with store owners, managers and team members
* Identify opportunities to grow product range and sales performance
* Deliver engaging product training to retail teams
* Coordinate retail support activities for internal and external stakeholders
