**The Opportunity**

Triumph Essendon is preparing to open its doors this April, and we are searching for a skilled and customer focused **Motorcycle Service Specialist** to join our team.

In this role, you'll combine your technical expertise with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring every rider leaves with their motorcycle performing at its peak. You will be the trusted expert customers turn to for service advice, repairs, and performance enhancements - helping them get the most from their Triumph experience.

**What You'll Do**:

- Engage with customers, assess their service needs, and provide expert advice with clear recommendations.
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to the highest Triumph standards.
- Conduct test rides to ensure all repairs meet Triumph's performance benchmarks.
- Document repairs, service history, and warranty claims with precision.
- Collaborate with the parts and sales teams to source components and offer additional services.
- Represent the service team at dealership events, ride days, and customer experiences.
- Mentor junior technicians and support their technical development.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven **technical experience** in motorcycle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.
- A passion for **providing an outstanding customer service experience** and clear communication with riders.
- Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills to ensure every repair is right the first time.
- Proficiency with DMS, diagnostic tools, and service management systems.
- Certificate III in Motorcycle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
- Current **motorcycle and driver's licence.**
