About the Opportunity
A leading broadacre cropping enterprise spanning 13,000ha in the Jerramungup–Gairdner region is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the Farm Manager in the day-to-day running of a modern, high-performing cropping business.

What You'll Be Doing
* Operating and maintaining modern machinery for seeding, spraying, spreading and harvesting
* Leading and supporting staff, casuals and contractors
* Recording field operations accurately (chemicals, machinery hours, paddock activities)
* Ensuring strong WHS standards and safe work practices
* Assisting with planning seasonal programs and farm improvement projects
* Contributing to team development and effective communication across the business
What We're Looking For
* Experience in broadacre cropping operations
* Strong machinery operation skills with modern ag technologies
* Leadership or supervisory experience (or readiness to step up)
* Good organisation and record-keeping skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic farm management software
* Current driver's licence (HR/HC/MC highly regarded)
* ChemCert / First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
* Ag qualifications beneficial but not essential
