Overview

As part of my clients growth in Australia, we are looking for a skilled, customer-focused, and enthusiastic customer care representative.

About Us

My client is a world leader in gases, technologies, and services for industry and health, and is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused professional.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails professionally
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and empathetically
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain customer records and update internal databases
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Your Profile

- 1-2 years experience in call centre/office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Passion to grow within a company
- Willingness to learn
- Hard working
- Team Player

Benefits / Details

- 5 days sick leave as a casual and 2 weeks annual leave as a casual
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, (flexible)
- Hybrid position
- $35.80 per hour
- 40% working from home
- Consistent ongoing role with scope for permanent employment
