About the Role
You'll repair and maintain printers and photocopiers, which will make up approximately 60‐70% of your role.
The remaining part of the role focuses on the future of office technology, including:
* Software configuration and support
* Driver deployment and print management
* Network and scan‐to‐email troubleshooting
* Remote diagnostics and fleet management
* Automation systems and workflow solutions
* 3CX configuration and deployment
* Full‐Time | Monday‐Friday | Perth Metro + occasional regional support
We're looking for someone who combines:

Primary Brands We Support
Strong experience in one or more of these is highly regarded:

* Hewlett Packard (HP)
* 3CX Phone Systems
* CommBox Interactive Displays
* BenQ Interactive Displays
Any multi‐brand printer or photocopier experience is highly valued.
