Supply Chain Coordinator Role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services.
About the Role
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing customer interactions, including order reception, late pick-ups, and service issue communication. You will also reconcile distribution records, complete branch payroll, and assist with financial reporting and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and procedures.
* Manage customer interactions, including order reception, late pick-ups, and service issue communication.
* Reconcile distribution records, including PODs, driver run sheets, and sub-contractor payments.
* Complete branch payroll, ensuring accurate recording and payment of employment hours and leave requirements.
* Assist with financial reporting and documentation, including weekly KPIs and monthly reports.
* Guarantee correct reconciliation and payment of internal and external subcontractor invoices.
* Maintain SAP controls to ensure financial integrity of site-related activity.
