As the Store Manager of the Bendigo store, you will be experienced in retail management while being the face of the brand. From the meet and greet of your client, you will also play a big part in building this business within a beautiful community. You will lead by the front and adore providing a high level of customer service. For success in this role you will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about fashion with a hands-on approach leadership, and you will be available to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster...!
Skills & Experience...
- Fashion Management experience is essential
- A passion to delivering outstanding customer service
- Good knowledge of KPI's, sales process, budgets & reports.
- Amazing personal presentation and visual merchandising skills
- Experience with high stock fashion volume
- Great time management and communication skills
- Self-motivated, and you know how to inspire your team to achieve results!
- Focused on learning, development and career progression
