Be the driving force behind operational excellence across Sydney’s most significant industrial assets. Lead a high-performing team, influence client strategy, and shape long-term outcomes on one of CBRE’s most prestigious and award winning key client accounts – Charter Hall.
Here’s what you’ll focus on:
* Lead and develop a team of 6 Facilities Managers on a large portfolio of industrial and logistics assets across Sydney
* Hands on management of 10 of your own assets
* Act as the NSW state lead and key client interface, delivering strategic insights and ensuring exceptional service outcomes
* Drive performance across all facets of facilities operations including contract management, budgeting, compliance, capital works and lifecycle planning
* Embed a high-performing team culture that thrives on collaboration, accountability, and innovation
* Play a critical role in driving ESG outcomes, safety, risk mitigation and asset resilience across the portfolio

* Robust understanding of risk, compliance, WHS and lifecycle asset planning
* Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and service contracts at scale
