Key Responsibilities
* Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
* Greet and assist clients and visitors to the office
* Coordinate general office maintenance and supplies
* Undertake a variety of general administrative and office support tasks
* Maintain and update office and client databases
* Prepare marketing materials and collateral for open homes and auctions
