Rapid Clean Geelong is seeking a reliable, proactive Full‑Time Warehouse Store person to join our team. This is a hands‑on, fast‑moving role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in accuracy, and maintains a clean and well‑organized workspace. A valid forklift license is required.Key Responsibilities:- Picking and packing customer orders accurately from picking slips- Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming goods following SOPs - Recording stock movements correctly to maintain accurate inventory on system- Performing regular stock checks and cycle counts to support reliable order fulfilment- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organized in line with safety and operational standards- Ensuring correct stock rotation and maintaining well‑structured shelving and storage areas- Operating a forklift to assist with picking and order preparation- Using PPE and handling equipment in compliance with OH&S requirements
About You:- Valid Forklift License (mandatory)- Current Victorian Driver's License (Mandatory)- Experience in warehouse pick/pack, receiving, or stock control- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling task- Strong attention to detail- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn- Reliable, punctual and committed to safe work practices- Computer literacy required
