About the Company: Our client is a highly regarded project management consultancy delivering complex projects across a diverse range of sectors. With a strong reputation for client service, technical excellence and project delivery, they continue to experience significant growth and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Melbourne team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in both project delivery and the ongoing growth of the business, working closely alongside senior leadership while managing high-profile developments from inception through to completion. About the Role Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of projects, managing client relationships, administering contracts and overseeing project teams to ensure successful outcomes. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end project management from feasibility, design and procurement through to construction delivery and project close-out Acting as Project Manager and Superintendent across a variety of projects Managing consultants, contractors and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Leading procurement activities, tender processes and contract negotiations Contract administration including progress claims, variations, EOTs, cashflow forecasting and financial reporting Chairing design, consultant, site and PCG meetings Managing project programmes, risks, quality and compliance requirements Providing leadership and mentoring to project teams Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the business Job Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally possess: 8 years' experience in client-side project management, consultancy or construction management Demonstrated experience delivering complex building projects from concept through to completion Strong contract administration and superintendent experience Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasting and reporting Experience managing consultants, contractors and project teams Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and project controls Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Property, Engineering or a related discipline Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits: Work directly alongside highly experienced industry leaders Strong pipeline of diverse and complex projects Genuine opportunity to influence business growth and strategy Collaborative and high-performing team environment Excellent career progression opportunities Attractive salary package commensurate with experience Flexible office and site-based working arrangements
