COURIER DRIVER – IMMEDIATE START - MUST HAVE WORKING RIGHTS IN AUSTRALIA
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday | Based at Port Hedland Airport
Port Hedland Air Freight (PHAF) is currently seeking a reliable, customer-focused Courier Driver to join our professional logistics team. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move and delivering great service across the Hedland region.
This is a permanent full‑time role with hours generally between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will represent PHAF to our customers and partners including Australia Post, FedEx Express, Qantas Freight, Virgin Cargo, StarTrack, and Team Global Express.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct daily deliveries and pick‑ups in the Port Hedland area.
* Sort, scan, and process freight accurately and efficiently.
* Load and unload vehicles in line with safety and operational procedures.
* Maintain a clean, well‑presented vehicle with regular servicing and upkeep.
* Provide professional customer service and promote PHAF and our freight partners.
* Participate in afternoon dispatch rosters and assist with incoming flight handling.
* Support general depot maintenance and assist with other duties as required.
Who We're Looking For
* A motivated, physically fit individual with a positive attitude.
* Someone with strong communication and organisational skills.
* A dependable team player who takes pride in their work and follows instructions precisely.
* Comfortable working with technology (scanning devices and Microsoft Office applications).
* Holds a current C Class manual driver's licence.
* Must have working rights in Australia, no sponsorship is currently available.
* Clear national police clearance (no convictions within the past 10 years).
* Must pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening.
* Previous experience handling cargo or working in freight/logistics is advantageous but not essential.
